My 6 years old son started learning Piano 16 months now with Ms. Anne.I grew up learning and performing piano for my entire childhood for 18 years from the age of 3.
With my experience of having many different piano teachers growing up, I knew what type of teacher I would want for my 4 years old son at this age.
I wanted to make sure my son purely loves and enjoys music, not feeling obligated to learn or practice already at this age.
Before we found Matalino Music, I tried to teach my son at home, and it did not work. My 4-year-old son would not stop talking and complaining so much about everything.
We met Ms. Anne and I feel very lucky to have found a great teacher for my son.
Ms. Anne has been amazing. She is very patient, kind, supportive, and more so FUN!
She always makes sure that the little kids don’t lose interest in piano and encourages them to practice for 10-15 minutes every day.
I appreciate that she puts only a good amount of pressure on young kids.
Most importantly, my son enjoys his weekly lesson and is always excited to see Ms. Anne show what he practiced at home.
